|AYO-CHI IS EXCLUSIVELY LICENCED BY THE BODY BRIGADE
|Ayo-Chi is a fitness program that focuses
on human movement and form.
It incorporates a blend of pilates, yoga, tai-chi and basic
stretching techniques to promote strength, neuro-muscular
control and flexibilty to help both the young and old increase
their individual capacities for human movement.
Through the use of slow gentle movement, controlled
balance and visualization, we help the individuals work
toward achieving a stronger, more physically fit condition.
The participants develop greater personal command and
control over their bodies and develop a sense of calm
relaxation that is rarely found in traditional training methods.
|How does AYO-CHI work ??
|AYO-CHI works on the development of functional fitness.
It was specifically designed to help clients who have more
difficulty with traditional fitness and training methods to gain a
level of fitness which incorporates both the mind and the body.
Utilizing slow gentle movements in a balanced and controlled
manner, individuals can achieve command over their personal
movements. Muscular balance and strength is enhanced while
allowing the mind and the body to gently relax and release the
stresses of the day.
Participants learn relaxation, breathing and visualization
techniques to enhance their experience and their body's
physiological response to the fitness program.
AYO-CHI is for those individuals, both young and old,
who want to have a balance of fitness, flexibilty and fun.
