What is DUO-DYNAMICS ??
DUO-DYNAMICS IS EXCLUSIVELY LICENCED BY THE BODY BRIGADE

Duo-Dynamics is an 8-week group fitness program that personalizes the group
fitness experience.  It involves utilizing a team atmosphere to enhancing fitness
adherence.  Individuals work together in groups of two (or more) to encourage,
support and re-focus their teammates and to help develop a healthier lifestyle for
all those involved.

Through the use of fun, team-oriented fitness games, we help the individuals
work toward achieving a stronger, more physically fit condition.  The participants
develop stronger interpersonal bonds and a sense of achievement that is rarely
found through traditional training method.

It is a specifically designed program to help participants achieve their goals
through a competitive yet, co-operative nature.  Participants learn not only how to
work out in a fun way, but also learn basic skills necessary to help them achieve
and maintain a healthier, happier lifestyle.

Classes include many of the aspects of fitness and teach individuals the
importance of each of those aspects, so that they can properly integrate them into
their lifestyles and see all the benefits that a well- rounded fitness program offers.

How does DUO-DYNAMICS work ??
Duo-Dynamics works through a number of ways.  It is a multi-faceted program
that not only involves physical fitness, but also develops patterns of behavior.  
Our program mechanically focuses on the five factors of physical fitness and
their development to help insure a healthier lifestyle.

Duo-Dynamics, mechanically, places its focus on cardio-vascular health, muscle
strength, muscle endurance, flexibility and subsequently, body composition.
The physiological changes that occur due to this program are not the biggest
advantages of Duo-Dynamics.  It is the development of patterns of behavior that
is the greatest asset of this type of program.  Because the participants work in
teams of two (sometimes more), there is a greater adherence to the program.  
The support of the participants on the team gives the individual the drive and
determination that most often lost with traditional individual exercise programs.

Also Duo-Dynamics is NOT just an exercise program !!

Because it is designed as a fitness development program, it also focuses on the
initiation and development of health as a valid concept to anyone of any health
status.  Duo-Dynamics takes in to account the mental, emotional, and intellectual
state of the participants.  It works to support their knowledge base of human
physiology, human movement and basic nutrition.  So participants don't only
learn about 'working out',  they learn about how their 'body works'.
